How Do I Install on a Computer Without Internet Access? |

On a computer that DOES have internet access, download the installation file from this link: http://www.tmsware.com/SetupTMS.exe Then copy this file to a removable USB drive, or burn it onto a CD-ROM On the target computer, install from this removable media. |
