Error#75 "Path/File Access Error" during Live Updates

This is caused by Vista or Windows 7 blocking you from making changes to the C:\Program Files folder.

Solutions include:

1) Go to Windows Control Panel >> User Accounts >> Turn User Account Control off
2) Right-click the TMS Explorer shortcut, choose Properties >> Compatibility >> Run as Administrator
3) Downgrade your operating system back to XP
