This article explains what the <TAGS> mean in the Schedule_????.rtf templates in case you want to modify them. For example you may want to:
Note: the tags are language dependent and many strings will look up their values in the language INI file. They are denoted by uppercase strings often with underscores eg. RPT_SONG <RECIPIENT> this prints the batch list recipient's name. For templates without this tag, the name will append in parentheses after the congregation name in the title <TITLE> = congregation name & " " & RPT_SCHEDULE_TITLE (in the language.ini file) eg. Stoney Creek Theocratic Ministry School Schedule <DATE> = the date of the school in "Short Date" format as specified in Control Panel >> Regional Settings the date can be either the Monday of the week, or the actual date (like Tues. or Thurs) as specified in Preferences <DATE_LONG> = same but formatted "mmmm d, yyyy" <SONG> = RPT_SONG & " " & " " & song # <SONG_LONG> = RPT_SONG & " " & song # & " - " & song title (true, the Song technically isn't part of the TMS anymore but it's still convenient to show it) These are the new CBS tags: Labels: <LBL_CBS> = LBL_CBS_ABBREV (simply "CBS" in English) <LBL_CBS_PRAYER> <LBL_CBS_CONDUCTOR> <LBL_CBS_READER> Data: <CBS> - this will be a single line field with all the CBS participants listed together It may be more desirable to separate the individual brothers on separate lines <CBS_PRAYER> <CBS_CONDUCTOR> <CBS_READER> <SOURCECBS> = the source material for the CBS Bible Highlights: <LBL_H>= RPT_H <SPKRH> = Fullname of speaker <SOURCEH> = Talk Source (no theme for Highlights) <LBL_MAIN> = RPT_MAIN <LBL_MAIN_LONG> = RPT_MAIN & " " & RPT_SCHOOL <LBL_SECOND> = RPT_SECOND <LBL_SECOND_LONG> = RPT_SECOND & " " & RPT_SCHOOL (or blank if there is no B school) If a Book Study is assigned as an audience, append to both strings RPT_AUDIENCE & ": " & Book Study Description <LBL_THIRD> = RPT_THIRD <LBL_THIRD_LONG> = RPT_THIRD & " " & RPT_SCHOOL (or blank if there is no C school) If a Book Study is assigned as an audience, append to both strings RPT_AUDIENCE & ": " & Book Study Description Talk 1: <LBL_1> = #1 <SOURCE1> = Talk Source (no theme) <SPKR1A> = Speaker of student *special cases* If it is an Oral Review WITHOUT a specified reader, <SPKR1A> = RPT_ORAL_REVIEW If it is an Oral Review WITH a specified reader, <SPKR1A> = RPT_ORAL_REVIEW & " (" & RPT_READER & " " & Fullname of reader & ")" If it is a CO visit, <SPKR1A> = RPT_CO_VISIT <SPKR1A_SEP> = Student WITHOUT the Study Point <ASST1A> = Fullname of assistant (used by only one person to my knowledge; a TMSO in Hong Kong where sisters give #1 talks as sitdown demonstrations) repeat for B and C schools, replacing A with B and C Talk 2: <LBL_2> = #2 <SOURCE2> = Talk Source <THEME2> = Talk Theme <SPKR2A> = Speaker of student <SPKR2A_SEP> = Student WITHOUT the Study Point and Setting <STUDY2A> = Study Point (or blank if switched off) <SETTING2A> = Setting (or blank if switched off) <ASST2A> = " / " & Fullname of assistant <ASST2A_TRIM> = Fullname of assistant WITHOUT the " / " repeat for B and C schools, replacing A with B and C Talk 3: <LBL_3> = #3 <SOURCE3> = Talk Source <THEME3> = Talk Theme <SPKR3A> = Speaker of student <SPKR3A_SEP> = Student WITHOUT the Study Point and Setting <STUDY3A> = Study Point (or blank if switched off) <SETTING3A> = Setting (or blank if switched off) <ASST3A> = " / " & Fullname of assistant <ASST3A_TRIM> = Fullname of assistant WITHOUT the " / " repeat for B and C schools, replacing A with B and C |
